The quick answer

Repair the greenhouse by finishing the Community Center’s Pantry bundles, or buy its 35,000g Joja development project after joining Joja. Inside, the 12-by-10 crop plot ignores normal seasonal limits, but crops still need watering, even when it rains outside.[1][3]

Community CenterComplete all Pantry bundles[1][2]Room-completion rewards are applied overnight[2]
Joja route5,000g membership; greenhouse project 35,000g[3]The form becomes available the next day; a purchased development completes after sleep[3]

Buying Joja membership changes the Community Center into a warehouse. Check which route your save is already following before budgeting for a project. The greenhouse’s project price is not the total price of joining Joja and buying every development.[3]

Bundle selections can differ in a remixed save. Follow the Pantry requirements actually displayed in your game; a standard item checklist cannot establish what every save needs.[2]

Use the indoor growing rules

  • The crop rectangle is 12 columns by 10 rows.[1]
  • Normal seasonal restrictions do not apply inside; regrowing crops continue across season changes.[1]
  • Water the planted crops even on days when outdoor rain would normally help.[1]
  • Scarecrows are not needed to prevent crows inside the greenhouse.[1]

Start with a reachable watering plan, then replace manual watering as you obtain equipment. The sprinkler coverage diagrams explain the individual footprints; they are not a claim that a particular greenhouse arrangement is optimal.

If a planted crop is not progressing

Check watering first, then whether you planted in the actual crop soil. Season immunity is not automatic watering. The water trough along the north wall can refill a watering can.[1]
